Black & White Bridging are looking to make major waves in the property lending market. They needed a rebrand to give them a national platform, but more importantly to correctly represent their company values. Black & White Bridging are a lender with no grey areas, cutting out the hidden hurdles and fees that so many brokers experience.  


Working with Space has been brilliant, we’ve achieved some fantastic results in a short space of time. Shortly after joining the business, it was decided we would rebrand and undertake a reskim of the existing website. We achieved this in two weeks and went live, without any issues on a Tuesday following a Bank Holiday which is no mean feat. Whilst this project came with a degree of stress it was also enjoyable, Ben and Todd nailed the brief, and the final product went down well both internally and externally.

We have worked on all aspects of our marketing with Space, from social content to print and online display advertising. Again, the output has been great, it feels like we work together in the same business rather than them being our outsourced marketing team.

What they have done and continue to do for us is of a high standard and the business will go from strength to strength as a result. They never let me down and rise to my ongoing challenge of innovative marketing in this sector, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

How we helped

Black & White Bridging needed a full rebrand, they had an idea but needed help realising their vision. It was our job to provide a totally new brand including a logo, branded documents, email signatures etc. Following this we also needed to redesign the website and we needed to take over social media to promote the launch. 

Most importantly these objectives needed to be delivered quickly, to match with company goals. We were pleased to complete the full rebrand within 14 working days.
